Welcome to AFFCS

AFFCS is a Georgia Medicaid Provider.  We have a variety of professionals working together to improver our consumers lives.  We have a Certified Addiction Counselor, Registered Nurse, Psychiatrist, Treatment Plan Coordinator and a host of mental health care professionals who are eager to make a difference.  Psychiatric services provided by the Psychiatrist and ARNP include psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, pharmacological intervention, mental status examination, and follow-up.  Nursing services are performed under the direction of agency Psychiatrist; these services include taking vital signs, giving injections, and nursing assessments.
